We let directly. The price shown is for one night, rent alone and utilities included; the €195 cleaning fee is added once per stay, and the rest is optional. It is all written below, not at the moment you pay.

Rent only, per night, for 8 adults and 2 children under 10, utilities included and no tourist tax. Add the compulsory €195 cleaning fee, once per stay. Minimum stay of 4 nights. These periods come back every year, on the same dates.
Public holidays
A stay that includes a French public holiday is charged €500 per night, for every night of the stay and not only for the holiday itself. The calendar on the contact page flags them as you pick your dates.

Terms
- The booking is firm once the rental contract is signed, together with a 20% deposit on the price of the stay.
- Proof of holiday rental insurance is required before arrival. French home insurance policies usually include it; from abroad, equivalent cover is fine.
- Arrival between 5 pm and 8 pm, departure before 10 am.
- A compulsory €500 security deposit, by cheque handed over on arrival and returned on departure: it is not added to the price of your stay and is only cashed if something is damaged.
- 8 adults and 2 children under 10 maximum, all declared.
- Quiet between 11 pm and 9 am. No parties or events.
- Booked directly with the owners: no service fee.
- No pets, however small.
- Minimum stay of 4 nights.
- A rental week here is 6 nights.
